NARUC brings together the state utility commissions of the United States of America. Although Osinergmin is not a member of this association, it has worked closely with NARUC through triangular cooperation projects.

In 2021, Osinergmin worked on a project with the Pacific Island small states. To extend our participation in different regions, we recently collaborated with the Alliance of Pacific Regulators (Tonga, Samoa, Fiji, Tuvalu, Palau, Cook Islands, Papua New Guinea, and Vanuatu), sharing the Peruvian experience in the formulation of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). This activity was organized by NARUC and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

The current Chair of NARUC is Judy Williams Jagdmann, Commissioner of the Virginia State Corporation Commission.
